Terms of Service, Policies and Official Regulations of DrakesCraft Network

1. Disclaimer on Mechanics, Learning Curve, and Performance

By participating in DrakesCraft's technical game modes, each player voluntarily assumes the consequences of its mechanics:

• User Operation Errors: Burning machinery through voltage overload, losing items due to Networks transport misconfiguration, reactor explosions, falls into the void, or accidental deaths are natural consequences of gameplay. Administration DOES NOT reimburse items, tools, or funds lost through negligence, lack of knowledge, or user carelessness.
• Industrial Performance and Lag-Machines: Construction of machines deliberately or negligently designed to saturate the server (lag-machines), infinite redstone loops without switches or automatic shutoff sensors, and abusive entity accumulation in a single chunk is strictly prohibited. All installations must stay within claim or island boundaries and be optimized.
• Zero Tolerance for Toxic Behavior and Unfounded Complaints: Tantrums, chat insults, staff harassment, or defamation campaigns fueled by frustration over technical difficulty or gameplay losses will not be tolerated. Users seeking simpler mechanics have the Classic game mode available.
• Documentation and Self-Learning: The server provides an official web guide (/guide), Slimefun encyclopedia (/sf guide), community channels, and intelligent assistance with SAORI. It is each player's responsibility to learn before operating dangerous machinery.

2. Nature of Goods and No-Refund Policy

Payments are processed by Tebex Limited as authorized Merchant of Record; funds are settled after a retention period, so DrakesCraft does not offer monetary refunds. What we do is resolve any purchase issue in-game:

• Purchases and contributions fund dedicated hardware, licenses, DDoS protection, and server development.
• Money is not refunded for dissatisfaction with gameplay, change of mind, loss of interest, or inactivity, because the product is delivered and activated immediately.
• If your purchase did not arrive, arrived incomplete, failed, or was paid with the wrong username, open a support ticket with your receipt: we will redeliver it, transfer it to the correct account, or provide in-game compensation (see section 5).
• This policy is understood without prejudice to inalienable consumer rights granted by Chilean law.
• Virtual coins (Dragmas), milestone points, ranks, and rewards cannot be exchanged for real money, cryptocurrency, or physical goods.

3. High-Value Payments and Ownership

• It is presumed that each payment was made by the payment method owner or with their authorization.
• Paying more does not grant ownership of the server, administrative decisions, or immunity from regulations. All players, regardless of rank, are equal before the rules.
• If you believe there was an accidental payment, a billing error, or unauthorized use (e.g., by a minor), open a ticket as soon as possible with your receipt for review and an in-game solution. You may also consult your bank or issuer, as the law permits.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before opening a dispute with your bank, contact us via ticket: most issues are resolved faster this way. If a dispute occurs anyway:

• We will respond to the bank or Tebex with the purchase history: date and time, username, in-game delivery, and usage records.
• While the dispute is open, we may suspend the benefits of that purchase.
• If abuse is proven (e.g., using purchased goods then denying payment), we may revoke those purchase benefits and, depending on severity, sanction the account per regulations.
• Sanctions are reviewed via ticket. Personal data is handled only as stated in the Privacy Policy.

5. Official Purchase Guarantee, Web Support, and Compensation

DrakesCraft supports transparency and effective delivery of every legitimate purchase from the official store:

• Immediate Direct Support: If network interruption or payment gateway delay prevents your items from delivering in the usual timeframe, staff will manually verify your official receipt in a Support Ticket and prioritize crediting your purchased items.
• Compensation for System Error: If the delay or failure was caused by DrakesCraft infrastructure downtime or gateway failure, you will receive your complete purchase plus an extra compensation benefit (additional VIP rank days, reward keys, or silver Dragmas).
• User Typo Error: If you mistakenly entered your Minecraft username incorrectly during payment, staff will transfer the purchase to your correct account at no cost, after verifying the receipt (no compensation bonus applies in this case).

6. Ticket Protocol, Technical Support, and Internal Warn System

To ensure swift and orderly support, the Discord support system operates under strict guidelines:

• Exclusive Ticket Use: Tickets in 🎫・ᴛɪᴄᴋᴇᴛs-sᴜᴘᴘᴏʀᴛ (or via sticket <issue>) are reserved solely for store purchase issues, critical server failures, account access problems, or confidential bug/vulnerability reports.
• Prohibition of Misuse and Internal Warns: Opening tickets for basic gameplay inquiries (covered in /guide), demanding item reimbursement for user negligence, unjustified complaints, or persistent harassment is strictly prohibited. System abuse will generate internal warns on the user's profile and permanent revocation of ticket creation access.
• Appropriate Channels: Questions about crafting recipes, progression, or mechanics should be asked in community chat channels, in-game, or via our AI assistant SAORI (/sguide, /srules).

7. Disciplinary Sanctions, Allowed Clients, and Litematica Policy

Possession of a VIP rank or sponsorship does not grant immunity nor relaxation of rule compliance:

• Zero Cheats (Hacks / Illegal Clients): Use of modified clients with unfair advantages (X-Ray, KillAura, Fly, Speed, Baritone, abusive AutoClickers, or automated macros) is penalized with immediate permanent ban.
• Litematica as Visual Guide (Holograms): Using Litematica in hologram/visual guide mode is 100% legal and permitted in all game modes. You can load schematics to see ghost blocks and build with visual guidance.
• Easy Place / Printer (Automatic Placement): Automatic block placement functions (Easy Place, Printer, or air placement) are blocked by the anticheat (GrimAC) and not authorized to prevent engine overload and unfair advantage. All blocks must be placed manually on physical surfaces.
• Permitted Mods: Performance mods (Sodium, Iris, Lithium, FerriteCore), translatable chat, and minimaps without entity, mineral, or player radar.
• Infractions and Loss of Benefits: If a player violates rules and is suspended, silenced, or expelled, they immediately lose any right to compensation or refund for remaining VIP rank time.

8. Strict Multiaccounting Policy (Alts), Sanction Evasion, and Legal Migration

DrakesCraft implements a unified player identity system to preserve economy and justice:

• General Multiaccounting Prohibition: Simultaneous use of secondary accounts (alts) is prohibited. Each user must play exclusively with a single personal account. Undeclared secondary accounts will be permanently banned.
• Sanction Evasion: Using alternate accounts, borrowed accounts, VPNs, or proxies to access the server or Discord while your main account is sanctioned converts the sanction to a PERMANENT AND UNAPPEALABLE BAN for all associated accounts and IP block.
• Official Account Migration Protocol (Bedrock ↔ Java): If a player switches platforms (e.g., acquiring a new PC or console) or obtains an official Java account, they must open a support ticket before playing with the new account. Staff will verify both usernames and manage orderly progress transfer (VIP rank, inventory, plots, homes, and vaults), permanently removing the old account to prevent duplicates.

9. Image Plugin Use (ImageFrame), Decoration, and Illegal Content

The server permits image importing to maps and frames for aesthetic purposes, under strict guidelines:

• Permitted Use: Digital art, informational banners, clan/city logos, and respectful base decoration.
• Strictly Prohibited: Adult content (+18, NSFW), pornography, gore, violent imagery, hate symbols, discriminatory expressions, or doxxing (posting real photos or data of others). Violation of this rule results in IMMEDIATE PERMANENT BAN without appeal rights.
• Local Performance: Placing image frames in excess can cause severe FPS drops for players visiting your base. Each user is responsible for moderating entity density in their terrain.

10. Community Coexistence Rules for Discord and Minecraft

Our community brings together players from multiple countries and ages. To ensure healthy coexistence:

• Respectful Environment: Zero denigrating insults, threats, harassment, defamation, or discrimination for any reason in public channels or global chat.
• Prohibition of Politics and Religion Debates: Initiating or feeding ideological, political, or religious discussions in community channels and Discord is strictly prohibited.
• Spam, Flood, and Unauthorized Advertising: Repeated message sending, excessive capital letters, abusive mentions (@everyone / @here), and promotion of external Minecraft server links are prohibited.
• Account Security and Custody: Each player is solely responsible for securing their credentials. DrakesCraft Staff will NEVER ask for your /login password. Never share passwords with third parties.

11. Cybersecurity, Force Majeure, and Operational Continuity

DrakesCraft implements mitigation infrastructure, continuous backups, and 24/7 monitoring; however:

• The server is exempt from liability for service interruptions caused by distributed cyberattacks (DDoS), connectivity failures at international data centers, or unforeseen acts of force majeure.
• Administration reserves the right to perform technical maintenance, item balance and price adjustments, software updates, or scheduled restarts to preserve network stability, security, and economy.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction (Republic of Chile)

For all legal, civil, and contractual purposes:

• These terms and any controversy arising from the use of the DrakesCraft network, its web store, or services are governed and interpreted exclusively under the laws of the Republic of Chile.
• Disputes will be resolved by competent courts per Chilean law. If you are a consumer, you may litigate at your domicile court or the provider's court, as the law permits, and may contact SERNAC (sernac.cl).

13. Intellectual Property Disclaimer (Mojang AB & Microsoft Corporation)

DrakesCraft Network is an independent community project and is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or approved by Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation. All funds raised from the web store are processed by Tebex Limited as Merchant of Record and are used entirely for dedicated hardware, connectivity, DDoS protection, and continuous network development under Minecraft's Commercial Usage Guidelines.
